K9's For Freedom and Independence is required by law to protect both your data and your privacy.  We also follow HIPAA laws, and will never make contact with any service providers that we provide you with their contact information.  We will never sell nor provide your personal information to a third-party; this includes but not limited to email lists, phone lists, solicitation lists, mailing lists, or any individual without your first requesting us to with prior phone conversation first to discuss your reasons for this request, and if approved by the Director ,Janeen Baquette,  you will be required to submit your request and permission in written & notarized letter that will be either faxed or mailed and received by us before your request will be finalized and approved by us in writing to you.   In a nutshell, we want you to feel safe and comfortable in contacting us for any reason, and not worry about the possibility of us misusing your private and personal information.
